Welcome to the ararago.com Platform Terms of Use. You will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited. You can't make false, fraudulent or speculative bookings or add a service on our Platform. BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ACCOUNT REGISTRATION FORM AND/OR USING ANY OF THE SERVICES ON THE PLATFORM make sure your all-imported information is true.

Agoda takes no responsibility for the content of these websites and has no control over their content, access and privacy policies. Agoda also takes no responsibility for the consequences of accessing these websites, including exposure to hard- and software viruses, spy- and malware. We do not endorse or recommend these websites or any of their contents. 

 

Bookings: When you submit a booking through ararago, we send you a your booking request email, and we make sure from booking  service provider. Your will get a booking confirmation email with a booking number or id.  

Payment: Payment made trough bank transfer or mobile banking or pay at hotel or direct to service provider. Where the Travel Product is an Accommodation and you make a Pay at Hotel booking (as defined further below), your total price will be updated to show the amount you will pay in the Product Currency. You will pay the Travel Supplier directly, in the Product Currency or any other currency the Travel Supplier agrees to accept. If you pay in a different currency, or with a Payment Instrument that uses a different currency, the actual amount you will be charged for your booking will depend on the exchange rate(s) used by the Travel Supplier and your payment providers. These factors are outside of ararago’s control. 

If your Charge Currency is different from your Card Currency, your Payment Instrument provider (for example, the bank issuing the payment card which you use to pay) will determine the applicable exchange rate when the transaction is applied to your account. Your Payment Instrument provider may offer a higher or lower rate compared to the Platform, and may charge you additional fees for such transaction or any other transaction. Agoda does not control or benefit from your Payment Instrument provider’s exchange rate or fees. 

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS : if you want to cancel or change your booking must make sure it 48 hrs before and replay with an email. Refunds request will made with in 72 hrs.  

  

For service provider: before add your service and submitting your registration from read carefully all information in correct and true. Also you will ensure all submitted facilities to your guest.  

Commission : ararago set a commission rate is 10% after guest pay at checkout.  

Withdraw request : Host/ service provider can make withdraw request at any time. After make withdraw request you will get and confirmation email. This confirmation email will send to your registered email account. Your withdraw money will transfer to your account with in 48 hrs (holidays not countable)
